Creamy Keto Tomato Salad

Creamy Keto Tomato Salad

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 large tomatoes red and yellow, sliced into wedges
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • Pinch black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic,
    and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and set aside.
  2. Slice tomatoes into wedges. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add thinly sliced red
    onion. Just before serving stir sauce into the salad and mix to coat.
  3. Garnish with dill and green onions.
  4. After adding the sauce, the salad will stay fresh for about 5-6 hours if
    refrigerated.
