Order Processing Time

All our suppliers, based in the United States, have a processing time of 1-3 business days for your order. This time frame includes order verification, quality control, and packaging. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed by the supplier, you can expect the following estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Please note that the total delivery time includes both the supplier processing time and the shipping time, and it may vary based on factors such as your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on our cost to have the product shipped from the supplier. We never exceed the base shipping price of $4.99, and all orders over $50 receive free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account to track your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipping due to legal regulations or other limitations. We do our best to provide information on product-specific shipping restrictions on the product pages.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for re-shipment.
