- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 ½ links chorizo sausages ((~90g))
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
