  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and Italian seasoning. Place the melted mozzarella on top and begin working it into the dry ingredients.
  3. After a minute, add the egg to the mixture and combine everything thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a flat surface with parchment paper and use a rolling pin or your hands to flatten it out.
  5. Cut diagonal lines from the edges of the dough to the center, leaving a 4-inch-wide row of dough untouched.
  6. Alternate laying ham and cheddar on the uncut stretch of dough. Lift one section of dough at a time and lay it over the top, covering the filling.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
