  • 1 cup banana (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 0.5 fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (ground)


Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Wash, peel, and dice the ingredients.
  2. Place the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add some water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
