Ingredients

  • Olive oil or garlic oil
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 3 handfuls Spinach leaves
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1/4 tsp Chile flakes
  • 1 Diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Drained capers
  • 6 oz Spaghetti
  • 2 Sardines
  • 2 Avocado

Instructions

Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil on a skillet set on medium. Add breadcrumbs, then stir with oil. Continue to stir as you cook for 3 minutes. Add pepper and salt for seasoning. Remove and put in a small bowl and leave it aside.
  2. In this skillet, set the heat to "medium heat" and heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add some spinach and black pepper for seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes and stir continuously. Remove and put in a small bowl and leave it aside.
  3. Again, In this skillet, set the heat to "medium heat" and heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add chile flakes and scallions then cook for 1 minute. Add tomato juice. Increase heat to medium-high and get it to a simmer. Continue to stir as you cook for 10 minutes (make sure sauce thickens). Then take away from heat.
  4. Get a huge pot of water and boil. Add salt and spaghetti. Cook according to instruction. Then drain.
  5. Take the pasta to the large pot. Add tomato sauce, spinach, and sardine. Set pot to low heat, then stir. Cook for 2 minutes. Add avocado and breadcrumbs as a topping for each serving.
