- 3 tbsp Olive oil or garlic oil
- 3 Chicken legs
- 180 g Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
Making low carb simple
Pour the oil in a big pot and preset heat to medium-high"
Add chicken. Cook for 3 minutes (be sure that it turns golden brown) and turn around for even cooking.
Add water to the chicken and cook in medium-low up to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Get another bowl and add peanut butter and coconut milk. Make sure it's properly blended.
Add the mixture to your chicken. Cook for 20 minutes.
Stir everything together and taste.
Take away from heat. Serve it with rice. Incredible!
