Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups unsweetened almond/rice/coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup berries(strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions

Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Combine the oats, mashed banana, and plant-based milk into a small saucepan, mix it up, and turn the heat to medium-high. Add chia seeds, flax seeds, ground almonds, cocoa powder. Stir the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down and stir for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, serve, and add the berries. If you wish, you can add some nuts and coconut flakes.
