- 4 Chicken breast
- Cooking oil
- 1 Garlic oil
- 1 Carrot
- 400 g Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 85 g Pitted black olives
- 150 g Mozzarella
Making low carb simple
Add pepper and salt to season your chicken breast. Spray oil on a large frying pan. Then place on high heat. Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes (be sure that it's a little brown)
Remove and put on a plate.
Lower the heat, add cooking oil to the pan. Cook your vegetables for up to 5 minutes. Stir until it becomes soft. Add garlic oil. Then cook for a few seconds.
Pour the tomato puree, olive, and oregano and stir. Boil the mixture and cook for up to 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Lower the heat. Add chicken. Cook for another ten minutes as you stir regularly. Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly and tender.
Set the grill to high heat. Add the sliced mozzarella to the sauce and chicken. Add black pepper. Place the mixture in your grill. Then cook for 3 minutes. And that's all. Serve and enjoy.
