- 1 ounce lettuce leaves (28g)
- 3 ounces sliced deli turkey (85g)
- 1 ounce brie cheese
- 2 ounces avocados
- 0.5 Half tomato
- 0.5 ounce thinly chopped scallions
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Making low carb simple
For the base of the sub, lay out two pieces of lettuce leaves.
Spread mayonnaise over the leaves.
Now put the sliced turkey, tomato, avocado and brie cheese evenly over the base of your sub.
Add the remaining mayonnaise over the dressing.
Sprinkle the chopped scallions and salt and pepper according to taste.
Place the two more pieces of lettuce leaves over it to complete your sub.
