Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup celery (diced)
  • 0.5 squeezed lime
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (ground)
  • 1 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (ground)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric (ground)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and dice the ingredients.
  2. Place the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add some water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
