- Chicken traybake
- 8 Chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Garlic oil
- 1/2 tbsp Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- Pepper and salt
- 700 g Potatoes
- 2 large size Carrot
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 4 Vine tomatoes
Making low carb simple
Using the bake option, preheat your oven up to 200°C.
Set a lined roasting tray and baking paper.
Peel your carrot. Peel the sweet potato. And chop them into little chunks.
Get a small bowl, mix garlic oil, tomato paste, water, and smoked paprika together. Get a large bowl and place your chicken drumstick. Pour the mixed tomato paste, then mix with the chicken until it is properly coated. Use pepper and salt to season.
Put your carrot and potato in-tray. Add olive oil, sprinkle the oregano, and again, season with pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly until they're properly oil-coated. Put the chicken drumstick in-tray. Place inside the oven then bake for up to 30 minutes. While baking, cut your broccoli and add olive oil.
Once it reaches 30 minutes, turn over the veggie and chicken. Place the broccoli on the chicken and veggie and add tomato to the side of the saucepan.
Return it to the oven. Then roast for up to 25 minutes. By then, the tomatoes should be blistered, the chicken should be golden, veggies should be crispy.
Take it out from the oven. It's ready to see. Feel free to season with pepper and salt. How yummy!
