- 600 ml Lactose-free plain
- 1 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Making low carb simple
In a high-power blender put the yogurt, blueberries, and maple syrup and blitz until it is well combined and smooth.
Divide the mixture into 4 glass jars or your serving dish.
At least refrigerate it for 1 hour and with better results refrigerate it overnight.
Note: Can be stored for a few days in a fridge.
To Serve: When you are ready to serve, decorate the pot with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint and serve it immediately.
