2. In a shallow bowl or dish, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then roll in the almond flour mixture to coat.
4. Heat about 1/4 inch of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook the chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Transfer the cooked chicken nuggets to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes to ensure they are cooked through and crispy.
