Prepare the Meatballs:

  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter. Pour in beef broth and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. If desired, sprinkle in almond flour to further thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

Combine and Serve:

  1. Gently place the cooked meatballs into the creamy sauce, coating them evenly.
  2. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
