Our team

Carly Rosse, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian from Fort Worth, Texas. She completed her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetic Internship at Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Texas Woman’s University. Her passion is helping people create a healthy lifestyle and achieve their best selves through nutrition. She enjoys cooking, yoga, paddle boarding, and attempting crafts from Pinterest.

Addison Johnson is the webmaster of the site and also one of the authors. He is passionate about food and teaching and motivating people to lead a healthy life. He stays fit by performing body-weight exercises and eating healthy food. Contact Johnson for any questions about the web site.
