- 4 Potatoes
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 Nicely chopped red chili
- 2 tsp Garlic oil
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
- 1 Neatly chopped red pepper
- 6 Bacon
- 1 bag Spinach leaves
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- Salt. Pepper

Preheat oven up to 180°C

Heat the cooking oil and the garlic oil. Cook the spring onions and chili until tender

Add and cook beacon. Have them chopped into hunks

Peel the potatoes, then grate. Have all excess liquid squeezed out?

Mix the ingredients.

Add oil to the pan and add the mixture.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
