  • 2 cup Freshly chopped pineapple
  • 500 ml Canned coconut milk
  • 1 Lime zest and juice 
  • 2 tbsp honey or and maple syrup


Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Step 1: Take a high powder blender and put all the ingredients and blitz it until all them combined and get creamy.
  2. Step 2: In a popsicle mold pour the mixture and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes then insert the stick and freeze it for 4 to 6 hours or till it gets frozen tightly.
  3. Step 3: When every you ready to serve to take popsicle out from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes it helps to loosen them and make it easy to take them out from the moulds with keeping them in good shape in case you don’t have spare time run the moulds under the hot water to loosen it within few seconds.
  4. Note: These popsicles freezer life is 3 months just cover the base so they don’t get freezer burn.
  5. To Serve: Serve it immediately and if you like, serve it with a slice of pineapple.
