- 1 Cup berries(strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

Combine the oats, mashed banana, and plant-based milk into a small saucepan, mix it up, and turn the heat to medium-high. Add chia seeds, flax seeds, ground almonds, cocoa powder. Stir the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down and stir for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, serve, and add the berries. If you wish, you can add some nuts and coconut flakes.
