  • 8 ounces rolled deli roasted beef
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese cut in thin finger slices
  • 7 ounces avocados
  • 6 sliced reddish
  • 0.5 ounce thinly chopped scallions
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces lettuce
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. The recipe is as simple as it can be. Place the roasted beef, avocados, reddish and scallions in a plate.
  2. place the lettuce leaves on the side of the plate, pour the olive oil over the lettuce.
  3. Serve with mustard and mayonnaise on the side.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste.
