  • 600 ml Lactose-free plain
  • 1 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. In a high-power blender put the yogurt, blueberries, and maple syrup and blitz until it is well combined and smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 glass jars or your serving dish.
  3. At least refrigerate it for 1 hour and with better results refrigerate it overnight.
  4. Note: Can be stored for a few days in a fridge.
  5. To Serve: When you are ready to serve, decorate the pot with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint and serve it immediately.
