  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar-Free Jam
  • 1 tbsp. Shredded Coconut

Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
    2. Combine all your dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and combine well.
    3. Form your cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
    4. Add an indent in the middle of each cookie using your finger.
    5. Bake for about 16 minutes or until the cookies turn golden and crack slightly.
    6. Let cookies cool on a wire rack and add a bit of sugar free jam to each indent.
    7. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top of each one and enjoy!
